Week Two

 

We had a busy week.  We are getting back into our school routine. 


Ask us what five things we have to have to make a sentence.


On Monday we had our first Tech Time. We are starting the year out by doing a bit of coding. We will be using Scratch to do our programming. This week we started to learn how to speak with the computer.  Here Cole is playing the part of our robot. We all took turns being the robot and writing the code.



The first artist we are learning about this year is Wassily Kandinsky.  Ask us what we learned about him.


We are learning about Mexico. Did you know the largest river in Mexico is the Rio Grande?


We have started our first writing project. We are writing personal narratives. When we are all finished with our stories we will share them with the rest of the class.


We also celebrated our first birthday of the year.  Happy Birthday Judah!
