We have been running around the block two times each day since we started school. It has been great watching how the students are improving and they are being able to run farther. We have some really great runners! The teachers were talking this week and we decided it would be fun to track how many miles we have run during the school year. So this morning we talked to the students and it was voted on that we would start "traveling" north towards Canada. I will be updating a Google Earth Project so that everyone can watch just how far we have gone. By adding the distance that all of the students have gone, we have ran just over 120 miles. There were several students who even wanted to run some extra laps.

We have learned lots of different facts about Canada. We have just started learning about adjectives in Grammar today. We are pretty good at picking out the subject nouns, verbs and adverbs. We will be starting new chapters in Science and Math next week.
